Joe joined the law firm as a law clerk in January 2014 preparing employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. He became an associate after passing the bar in November 2014. Joe now plays a pivotal role in managing the firm’s employment-based immigration practice, advising corporate clients on their business immigration needs, and appealing to the Administrative Agencies or US Federal Courts.
Mr. Morehart’s practice is limited exclusively to US Immigration Law. Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. Not Licensed in Michigan or Texas. Authorized to practice US Immigration Law in all fifty states pursuant to 8 CFR §§ 103.2 & 292.1. Mr. Morehart is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Attorney Brian Burke joined the firm in March 2011. Mr. Burke has worked on thousands of immigration cases, including employment-based and family-based processes. Mr. Burke works closely with corporate clients to help them understand how the U.S. immigration system can meet their business needs. He regularly travels around the country to personally represent individuals and families before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.

Ms. Cheryl Brikho offers more than 20 years of experience exclusively dedicated to representing clients in all aspects of US immigration law. She is an accomplished immigration attorney with a reputation for commitment and excellence. Ms. Brikho has successfully represented individuals as well as fortune 500, smaller companies and performers in all aspects of employment immigration law. Ms. Brikho has personally appeared in over 600 hearings and interviews and has successfully filed several thousand petitions and labor certifications before the Department of Labor, legacy INS and US Citizenship & Immigration Service.

Sam Shihab is the founder of the law firm and offers more than 20 years of experience in immigration law in lead capacity. He brings a great deal of experience to the firm, guiding the firm’s active employment and family-based immigration practice. Sam dedicates a lot of his time counseling corporate executives and HR professionals on compliance and on immigration audit representation. His practice is focused on employment and family-based immigration law.Sam is a frequent immigration law presenter at Human Resource Associations, Information Technology forums, Ohio Continuing Legal Education programs, and other professional groups.Practice is limited exclusively to US Immigration Law.
