Joe joined the law firm as a law clerk in January 2014 preparing employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. He became an associate after passing the bar in November 2014. Joe now plays a pivotal role in managing the firm’s employment-based immigration practice, advising corporate clients on their business immigration needs, and appealing to the Administrative Agencies or US Federal Courts.
Mr. Morehart’s practice is limited exclusively to US Immigration Law. Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. Not Licensed in Michigan or Texas. Authorized to practice US Immigration Law in all fifty states pursuant to 8 CFR §§ 103.2 & 292.1. Mr. Morehart is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
