Overview
Attorney Brian Burke joined the firm in March 2011. Mr. Burke has worked on thousands of immigration cases, including employment-based and family-based processes. Mr. Burke works closely with corporate clients to help them understand how the U.S. immigration system can meet their business needs. He regularly travels around the country to personally represent individuals and families before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.
Mr. Burke’s practice is limited exclusively to US Immigration Law. Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. Not Licensed in Michigan or Texas. Authorized to practice US Immigration Law in all fifty states pursuant to 8 CFR §§ 103.2 & 292.1. Mr. Burke is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
